September 23, 2013, San Diego, CA – Last Wednesday evening, founder of Canter Companies Andrew Canter was honored by the San Diego Business Journal as a member of the Emerging Generation: 25 In Their 20s.
Andrew Canter founded San Diego-based Canter Companies when he was just 22 years old. His company has grown extensively over the past 7 years. It began in the real estate arena, and has become a company that is unique in its wide-ranging integration that continues to expand. Canter Companies now houses development, management, and capital branches as well as the growing Canter Brokerage. In the coming months and years Andrew seeks to take on additional and more diverse opportunities, while keeping roots in improving San Diego one project at a time.
The honorees of the Emerging Generation: 25 In Their 20s have been recognized for making “their mark in their respective industries and are positioned to become San Diego’s next elite business leaders.” Andrew was among two-dozen other peers recognized last evening at the new Stone World Bistro and Gardens in Liberty Station. In addition to the San Diego Business Journal, Kaiser Permanente, LEAD San Diego and McGladrey all support this new program.
